After relocating to the United States, Hector founded United Food Truck LLC in 2015, a company dedicated to designing and manufacturing custom mobile kitchens, food trucks, and container-based commercial solutions.
Over the past 11 years, the company has successfully completed more than 1,000 projects, supporting entrepreneurs, franchise operators, hospitality groups, and corporate clients across the United States and international markets.
Through disciplined execution, engineering expertise, and strategic growth, Hector transformed the company into a recognized industry reference, developing commercial relationships with major brands and organizations including NCL, Wendy’s, Disney, KFC, Publix, Ben & Jerry’s, Pollo Tropical, Wingstop, Hyatt, and Wyndham, among others.
In 2026, the company is expanding its manufacturing capacity with the opening of a new production facility in Texas, increasing total production capacity from 10 to 20 manufacturing lines and positioning the organization for its next phase of national growth.
Today, United Food Truck continues to design and build scalable mobile and modular food service solutions that help brands expand operations, launch new concepts, and bring innovative culinary experiences to market.
