The Journey
Hector Gonzalez is a Chairman, Founder, CEO, investor, and attorney whose career has been shaped by discipline, resilience, and long-term vision.
He earned his law degree from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín (URBE), where he developed a strong foundation in legal structure, negotiation, and strategic thinking. Early in his professional career, Hector worked within regulatory and corporate environments, gaining experience in complex business dynamics across multiple industries.
Guided by a strategic and disciplined mindset focused on execution, structure, and long-term vision, he later founded and led Suplinca, a medical-surgical commercial company with operations across the central and western regions of Venezuela. Under his leadership, the organization supported more than 1,000 surgical procedures and developed strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry, strengthening his expertise in operations, logistics, negotiation, and complex business management in highly regulated environments.
After relocating to the United States, Hector founded United Food Truck LLC in 2015 — a company dedicated to designing and manufacturing custom mobile kitchens, food trucks, and container-based solutions. Through disciplined execution and strategic growth, he transformed the business into a recognized industry reference, developing commercial relationships with major brands and organizations including NCL, Wendy’s, Disney, KFC, Publix, Ben & Jerry’s, Pollo Tropical, Wingstop, Hyatt, and Wyndham, among others.
In parallel with his business ventures, Hector oversees his personal investment portfolio through institutions such as Raymond James and Merrill Lynch, focusing on long-term capital allocation, wealth preservation, and strategic growth. His approach reflects a disciplined perspective on capital, applying the same structure and intention used in building and operating his companies.
His leadership approach combines operational execution with legal insight, allowing him to navigate complex business challenges with clarity, structure, and confidence. Throughout his career, Hector has built organizations centered on accountability, innovation, and sustainable growth while leading teams and developing ventures across multiple industries.
